What Steam lists as recommended
The current recommended section only repeats two items: a 64-bit processor and operating system, plus 3600 MB of available storage. It does not publish a separate recommended CPU, GPU, memory amount, graphics preset, resolution, or frame-rate target.
Meeting a store minimum does not promise a specific resolution, graphics setting, frame rate, online latency, or compatibility with every driver and peripheral.
Windows, macOS, and Linux support
